I have a partially torn rotator cuff. I wear this ice wrap driving home after physical therapy. It is easy to get on and off. It stays cold for about 20 minutes, just right for icing. I love the reduction in pain and inflammation. I can wear it against my skin with no ice burn. The shoulder wrap is lighter weight than my mud pack, the less weight the better.

Sleeve Problem: I give this wrap less than five stars because the arm sleeve strap comes under the armpit. I don't want ice underneath my arm and into my armpit. Instead of fastening the arm sleeve, I attach the tip of the ribcage strap (where the Logo "ColdOne" is printed) to the arm's velcro so that it forms a hood over the deltoid muscle. The sleeve pattern was cut straight out from the shoulder instead of curving down over the deltoid muscle. It is not comfortable enough to sleep in. Made in Taiwan.
