I have suffered chronic back pain for many many years. It is absolutely impossible for me to lay completely on my back without excruciating pain and muscle spasms. I've battled with stacking pillows, rolling blankets, and other foam products and was never able to get comfortable or have a good nights sleep. It comes in different sizes and mine elevates my legs at the just right height to reduce the strain on my lower back. It also allows my knees to bend slightly. Other products just elevate your legs and keeps them in a somewhat straight position which isn't comfortable for some people. Since using this product I wake up with dramatically less pain and more refreshed, which is a great way to start my day. You gotta try this one!
