Received product when indicated. Opened box and found two broken clips that hold the magnifier in the bottom with the magnifier. Vendor quickly sent out a replacement.

I ship items frequently. Problem was no bubble wrap or other packing material to fill void between top of box and the lamp to keep it tight (and not moving around) in the molded Styrofoam padding.
