Just got this product in...It is very attractive and pretty! However, the sound quality seems to be below standard. I have to adjust the tubing in order to hear any noise sometimes. Unfortunately this product is more of a DISPLAY stethoscope instead of actually being used in the field. Very sad that I paid $85 for it.
