My father has tried four different brands of protective underwear. These are by far his favorite. It probably has something to do with body shape that he doesn't have any of the problems reported by "Matt." Dad wears the ex-large size. They certainly look a lot better than Prevail and Depends--something that is important to him because he gets frequent physical therapy treatments on his legs. My only complaints are that they can be much more expensive than other brands (Amazon has the best regular price that I have found), and that Amazon doesn't offer them on the subscription plan.

Update 2011: He still thinks this is a great product, and so have the many health care workers who have commented on how good it looks. Since the product was "reinvented," the price jumped considerably. Currently a discount store (think Big W) has by far the best price and they ship for free no matter how many your order. They tend (like a lot of the brick and mortar stores) to only carry the M/L size locally, but you can get the XL online.
