These have a very high rise in the back - almost ridiculously high. We use these for a family member bed patient and even though they are for 64+ inches, they still don't fit very well. I tink it has more to do with the bariatric design. You have to give more room for fold-over tummys. If they are that big, they're gonna fold. But the price is good for what you are getting as others like this are just WAY over priced. It will do - even with the design flaw, but it's been hard to find the right fit for out loved one, period.
