Unfortunately this product didn't work for us. My now 2 year old has been getting car sick since the day I remember. We've tried just about everything out there. WE LOVE Hyland's products, but this particular one did nothing for my son. I'd try a single bottle before buying the 4-pack. It may work for someone else as that does happen with homeopathy...what works for some, doesn't work for others.
