I first found out and started taking Moringa powder about 2 months ago. I did what everyone does and started shoveling it down! The supa juice!! Haha well of course it detoxed me pretty good. Anyways I reverted back to smaller doses, started at about � tsp and increased it every day. I can now take their `best' doses of 3 Tbsp three times a day. Usually about 1 in the morning in in a fruit smoothie (sugar start), and one at lunch with more carbs, and then my veggie evening smoothie. Dudes, I have never felt so good in my entire life!!!!!!!!
