The Occipivot is a wonderful device. My physical therapist had recommended it to me and I use it all the time when I get chronic tension in neck. The neck rest is used in a supine position on a flat surface and placed at the base of the skull. As the firm points on the neck rest are placed on the tense areas of the neck, it creates an accupressure effect which releases the tension.
