I absolutely love this stuff. Not only is it like a swizzle stick when you empty it in your mouth, it also goes to work sublingually and doesn't need to dissolve in your stomach. This is a huge boon for those who are sensitive to aspirin in the stomach or intestinal area. Caffeine speeds the analgesic along but doesn't give you the jitters. Great for those with chronic pain--or in my case, chronic muscular pain. I don't respond to Tylenol, so it's aspirin or Ibuprofen. This made taking aspirin fun.
