I bought this from HSN during Andrew Lessmen's showing because it offered free shipping. I love his other products and the ease of opening the capsules where you get pretty much instant absorbtion. I have over 18 supplements including this. I was somewhat of a heavy drinker during a long stressful divorce custody battle and I could see and feel the need of a liver cleanse as well as detox. I watched the video on the HSN showing online and wanted to limit my pill taking. This was described as a peanut butter taste and decided to get this along with the Ultimate Liver capsules. OMG, this does have a peanut butter tastiness to it and delicious. It' not as rich or overwhelming, but rather more of a Almond butter taste and I love taking it by itself. I also sometimes add it in my low fat cottage cheese or plain yogurt to give it some flavor. I honestly actually have a hard time just taking a tsp full at a time because it's very tasty and satiating. I take about 4 tsp total's a day, but more the day after I sometimes indulge in drinks. I can't really tell if having it alone works because I take other supplements and try to eat well along with doing a raw food/juice diet monthly. I buy this from HSN when there is free shipping, but will be buying directly through pro capslabs because it's cheaper for the most part and offer's specials. If you don't like taking milk thistle pills or other capsules, this is a great alternative to that and tea's that don't have the best tastes. I don't put a price on my health, so it's worth the buy for sure and does last 30 days if you just take 2 tsp daily.
