This is a great straightener. Two years ago my daughter wanted one after getting a free consultation in the mall. She loved the way her hair looked. They wanted over $100 and said it retailed for $250. I was not willing to fork over that kind of money. I went online and found the one she wanted (zebra) for $50 and gave it to her for Christmas, 2009. Last year I started using it and fell in love.
