I have to say after reading the reviews of practically everything out there its very difficult to reach a desicion on what to buy. As of the last 6years me and my husband have had one major life issue after another yearly not to mention lifes curve balls! As of the last 4 years we mostly I have been primary caregivers to his grandmother and mother. Dealing with circumstances of aging parents and grandparents several bouts of cancer close calls with possible heart transplants and so on;Ive been left completely depleted adrenaly speaking. I have to say this product is amazing it has curbed my appettite my weight is statring toback to normal in addition it gives me energy to get thru the day(not the jitters just basic energy) otherwise I simply cannot get out of bed or off the recliner.
