My special needs son would slide almost completely out of his seat belt in the car before I bought this cushion. I would have to pull over every 10 minutes to readjust him because he would put pressure on the belt and cause it to slip a little. Am buying another for his chair and one for my mother to use with my 98 year old grandmother who slides out of her chair. Can't say enough good things about. If cushions slips a little shelf liner will that is made of foam will stop that on chairs that the straps are too short.
