I purchased this item from Medical Supply 4U for use by my 88-year-old father. When it arrived, the handbrakes were not the loop locks as shown on the model on the web site. Instead, the rollator had very stiff straight locks that were required great effort for both my father and me to engage. A conversation with the Invacare tech department revealed that the model with the loop locks has been discontinued. After numerous calls to Medical Supply 4U and their promises to refund my payment--NONE of their promises have been fulfilled. It seems that I am stuck with a product that my father cannot use.
