This Bulkee II Sterile Gauze Bandage is a great alternative to tape for covering and securing wound dressings. This is a relatively new addition to my wound-care regimen and I am pleased with the results. My skin is very sensitive and reacts badly to most adhesives so using these bandages reduce the likelihood of additional complications. My wounds are also prone to infection, so we opted for the sterile variety.

We use Derma Sciences Surgilast Tubular Elastic Dressing Retainer - Net Size 5, 5" x 25 yards, Item GL705 to cover these bandages when used to cover wounds on my shin or biceps.
