when I ordered this product, I was just starting out with my new Merkur razor and wanted to get a nice brush. Since this set came with a brush and some nice oils and cream, I jumped. The products are very good, and now that I have moved on to some other creams and oils that I find more suitable (scent-wise), I use the Art of Shaving kit for travel. They are a great size to pack into a little Ziploc and take your great shave with you. Overall a great product - it lost one star because I thought the scent was a little bit...well I think it is designed for an older crowd, and being 28, I found the scents to be pleasing, but not as neutral as I hoped. Still, a great price for a good quality set of shaving stuff.
