I take Umcka as soon as I feel my throat is itchy or I"m sniffing. The first time I discovered Umcka was when I had a flu with a fever. I have him Umcka and not even an hour later his temperature was gone and he wanted to go to school.

I use very little water, and I use 2 packets at a time. I find it easier to get it in and feel the effect faster.
