The shipment came very fast and was well packaged. The tape is 1 long roll that you need to cut and decide how much you want to use. I bought KT brand from a sporting good store but it was too expensive so I thought a bulk order would be much better since I use it so often for my weak ankles. This tape will hold for about 6-8 hours, but you have to really press down the edges to make sure they don't move. If you're taping your knees or thighs or sciatic, this is a good tape, but if you're using it on your feet or areas that are prone to getting wet from activity, I would spend the extra money because a thicker tape will hold better.
