This is my 4th or 5th Ultrascope. The amplified sound is what keeps me coming back for more, as well as the lifetime warranty. Whenever the tubing starts to get old or stained looking, I simply go onto the manufacturer's website and order new tubing that includes new earpieces. The replacement tubing/ear pieces are FREE, you only pay the shipping. I've tried MANY other stethoscopes and have always been disappointed, most especially in the Littmann's - not only in their over pricing, but the fact that I just can't hear anything out of them. Anyway, I would totally recommend the Ultrascopes.
