Started using this type of hand exercise tool about ten yrs ago when I had some tendinitis.
I now use them to keep my fingers nimble for guitar and piano. With the separate finger springs, I can work on all fingers or individual finger. with the different spring tensions I can pick the tension that is right for how my hands are feeling on any day.
I would give them a five, except I'd like to see a single with adjustable tension.
