This is a great item. I had one for 2 years for my handicapped child on life support, but the mattress stopped working, so I reordered a new one from Amazon website. But Beware: Purchase this item direct from Amazon. I ordered wrongly from an independent medical seller that claimed they fulfilled the order & showed it delivered 500 miles from where I live. I almost got scammed out of my money, but I was persistent. This scammer unscrupulous seller tied me up for over 2 weeks when my poor little child needed this alternating air mattress & pump so badly.
