I had one of these for years until it wore out, then I could only find that other popular brand that you see in stores. It had a terrible design; didn't have enough pressure to reach my sinuses, the tip was too large to fit my nose so water went all over my face, etc. I was so happy to find this one model on Amazon, and I am going to stock up.

I need to rinse my sinuses daily because of allergies, it really helps me smell and breathe, and this specific bottle design is much more effective than any other bottle I have found including the traditional neti pot or the bottle with the straw that you use without tilting your head. The only thing that would be better is an electric nasal irrigator, and those are expensive and a little too intense for me. And you don't need to buy those packets, just mix up a jar of half salt, half baking soda to make your saline rinse.
