When I saw them I just had to have them for my Slamp Cactus lamp. They are perfect but expensive. When I bought them they were $58. I would wait on the price to go back down if I were you and thinking about purchasing them.

I purchased two and they came with two remotes. When I installed them into the lamp at first I had to use both of the remote controls but then they started syncing so that I only had to use one remote for both bulbs.

I'm not a techy so I don't know anything about this LED technology besides that they are very popular now for their long life spand. All I know is that they appear to be very high quality functioning bulbs.
