This is definitely worth it. The engineering behind this brace means it stays tight to the back of your knee thru the full range of motion. Its much better than all the other neoprene basic braces out there. Its a sleeve with bars in it to keep your knee protected and your patella strapped down.

I had to get the measurements from the manufacturer website. If i were to buy again I might try one size down, as I do have to pull it up from time to time during games. Overall very very happy with the purchase. Patella straps just werent doing it for my achey knee anymore.
